Using this site

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. Children's products are sold to adults for use by children of the ages stated on the packaging.

Please don't use this site for any unlawful purpose, attempt to interfere with its operation, or scrape or copy its content for commercial use without our permission.

Our products are dietary supplements

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Nothing on this site is medical advice. Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. We try hard to keep pricing, descriptions, and availability accurate, but errors happen. If we discover an error in the price or description of something you've ordered, we'll contact you before shipping and give you the choice to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

We may decline or cancel an order, including where we suspect fraud, where a product is unavailable, or where an order appears to be for resale without an approved wholesale account. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund it in full.

Payment is taken at checkout. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.

Shipping, returns, and subscriptions

Wholesale accounts

Wholesale and reseller purchases are governed by a separate reseller agreement accepted at the time of account approval, not by these terms. Wholesale pricing is confidential and is made available only to approved accounts.

Good Day Chocolate® is a registered trademark. All site content, including text, images, packaging artwork, and product photography, belongs to us and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose in relation to the site itself.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
