Excellent product! It arrived during a heat wave and I was afraid it would be melted since it's chocolate. Instead, it was packaged perfectly with a cold pack. It came in perfect condition! There was even an insert with instructions on what to do if it had melted — impressive packaging and the product works, plus it's delicious!

These Good Day Chocolate Melatonin pieces are genius! The chocolate is delicious and actually tastes like a real treat, not a supplement. The 1mg dose of melatonin is a gentle amount that helps me wind down without feeling groggy in the morning. The chamomile addition is a nice touch. Great for occasional sleep support — much better than swallowing pills!

A friend had me try her Good Day Chocolate Melatonin balls. I was surprised that they didn't just taste like high-quality chocolate, they worked! First, they offer a low dose, which is hard to find. But mostly...they are delicious! They honestly taste like a large M&M, but with melatonin. They cannot be shipped in the summer due to their sensitivity to heat, being chocolate, so I highly recommend ordering online during the fall, winter and spring months.

My niece told me about this product when I was visiting her. I ended up purchasing smaller packs from a local farmer's market and brought some home for my husband to try. He loved it — the blue for sleep makes him fall asleep within 5-15 mins. Now I'm ordering the orange color for daytime, and he also loves one per morning with no need for his morning coffee. I also bought the purple for calming but haven't used it yet. The chocolate is tasty, the size is perfect, and this stuff works super well for both my husband and I. Highly recommend.

Delicious and helpful

I picked up a little box of these at Whole Foods on a whim — chocolate to help you sleep? Turns out they ARE! I'd taken melatonin before, but the dosage I took was 3mg, and it left me groggy. These, each chocolate is 1 mg, so it's easy to adjust your dose to your need. I generally have just one at night. It's not too strong, so if I need to stay awake I can, but it's enough to help me drift off and actually stay asleep a bit better. I 100% recommend them. Oh, and they're delicious too!
